Red Letter Days becomes the UK’s first green experience company
Today is truly a Red Letter Day for us as we’re very proud to announce that we have become the first UK-based experience company to offset the carbon emissions associated with our experiences and our business, free of charge to our customers.
Working in conjunction with independent auditor ECObiz, we've calculated the carbon footprint of every single experience that we sell, from hot air ballooning and Ferrari driving to spa days.
Now when our customers buy a Red Letter Day, we’ll offset the CO2 emissions associated with that experience by investing in carbon offsetting projects via Climate Care, the UK's leading offsetting organisation. You can see details about the projects we’re supporting at Climate Care.
We've also assessed our own company's carbon emission figures and we're fully offsetting the CO2 associated with the day-to-day running of our business. A policy of 'Reuse, Reduce and Recycle' has also been implemented in our offices.
